Benjamin Holmgren

Benjamin Holmgren is the founder of Ground Crew where he helps excavation and heavy civil contractors build better businesses. Through workshops and peer groups, he helps contractors simplify operations, become better leaders, and create companies that serve well for the long-term.

Michael Kelley is the president of SilverTrek Systems and has spent the past decade helping companies understand and effectively manage their equipment fleets. Using many of the strategies from his mentor and co-author Mike Vorster, Michael teaches leaders how to see your fleet as a tool to be managed and not as a badge of honor.

The Fleet Strategy Workshop 2026 will be held at Newpark Resort in Park City, Utah, just outside of Salt Lake City.

Does my ticket include food?

Yes! We’ll provide meals and snacks during the event.

Does my ticket include lodging?

No, but we have arranged a special rate of $140/night through the Ground Crew room block.

Where should I stay?

We recommend staying on-site at the Newpark Resort, using the Ground Crew room block.

What airport should I fly into?

Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) is about 45 minutes from the resort.
