Construction Cash Flow Workshop

2-Day Event | Tampa, FL

About the event

This workshop is designed for construction companies doing $1M – $25M in revenue who are ready to master their financial systems. Stop letting cash flow hold back your growth. Join us for two focused days of building practical financial processes you can implement immediately.

This isn’t just another presentation where you’ll take notes and forget them. We’re putting the “work” in workshop. You’ll leave with:

  • Real cash flow analysis systems built for your specific business
  • Clear processes for managing bonded jobs
  • Actionable financing strategies you can implement right away
  • Direct feedback from experts who’ve been in your shoes

This is an intimate, roll-up-your-sleeves workshop where you’ll get personalized attention. We’ve designed it to give you time to actually build systems, not just learn about them.

Stop letting financial headaches hold your business back. Join us in October and get the systems, processes, and expert guidance to fuel your growth.

Meet the hosts

Benjamin Holmgren is the founder at Kestaa and host of Ground Crew events. Growing and running an excavation business is a lonely road. I help connect owners of dirt companies that don’t compete with each other so they can learn and get better together.

Scott Peper is the CEO at Mobilization Funding. We provide mobilization loans to commercial construction subcontractors. We help our clients be successful by avoiding some of our mistakes. We give generously of our time and our resources — to each other and to others we meet. The result? We are all much happier, and we’ve been more profitable. Imagine that?

Suzanne Bach, CPA

When I was a little kid, I played ‘accountant’ in my basement (yes, I was that geeky little kid). I didn’t know what it meant exactly, or what a CPA was, but I wanted to help people make their businesses better. In 2007, I joined Saltmarsh focusing on construction and manufacturing, because I was personally drawn to those industries.

These days, I enjoy working with and leading amazing people and trying to make a difference in the lives of my clients and team members. “Achieving Success by Contributing to the Success of Others” is our way of life at Saltmarsh.
