Benjamin Holmgren is the founder of Ground Crew where he helps excavation and heavy civil contractors build better businesses. Through workshops and peer groups, he helps contractors simplify operations, become better leaders, and create companies that serve well for the long-term.
Michael Kelley is the president of SilverTrek Systems and has spent the past decade helping companies understand and effectively manage their equipment fleets. Using many of the strategies from his mentor and co-author Mike Vorster, Michael teaches leaders how to see your fleet as a tool to be managed and not as a badge of honor.
